PROJECT BRIEF

For this corner plot, a courtyard based plan was evolved. For the elevation, developer initially desired a semi classical type of design that is very commonly used in NCR these days. However, the classical form of arches was dexterously articulated to achieve remarkable contemporary design aesthetics. The builder was eventually convinced that the magnificent and unique design would distinguish the project from its neighbors, thereby increasing salability.
